Friendly and helpful staff; easy to get to when driving, and lots of parking. Cheap.
Is very tired-looking; breakfast was not nice; 15 min walk into the main old town.

The room is comfy and cozy. Strategic location near the city. Helpful security and courteous staff. Clean and beautiful lobby and room. Super soft mattresses and pillows. Smells good in the elevator. Lifeguard at the swimming pool. Moderate breakfast for the price.

The hotel rated more than average on most points. Price, buffet breakfast, amenities, cleanliness, service. Some things that can be improved: windows were streaked, building needs painting.

Hotel need to update new mattresses and sheets....Would stay for not more than 2 nights....a good place to put up for the nights but not a place for you to relax and enjoy the atmosphere all day.

For the price, this hotel is a great deal! It's located right in the heart of the city, and many attractions are nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and offer a wonderful view of Melaka. The breakfast at the Coffee House is also great, with good food that's served quickly.
All was fine, no major issues.

The staff were nice and helpful. The facility ie. swimming pool was good but definitely can be better. The food(breakfast) was good but can be better if you add some traditional kuih-muih.
The parking space need improvement, atleast proper tarred ground or cement, and need more lighting at night because we feel unsecure while parking at night. The stairs also need to be painted nicely, as well as some other areas where painted walls have faded.
